The goal of GCW is to try and replicate a Galaxy far far away. We provide many props as well as a cast of NPC roleplayers in order to try and make that possible. It is up to you as a player to try and match the aesthetics of the universe as much as possible, via clothing, armor, weapons and gear.
Covering picatinny rails, wrapping weapons with cloth or leather strips, are all things that can easily help hide some of the "earth" aesthetics.
IMPORTANT: It is your responsibility to follow the uniform rules of your faction. Earth-y clothing like Jeans, T-shirts with print, shorts, baseball caps and hoodies are not allowed.
Players will be turned away if they do not meet requirements and your tickets will not be refunded.
There are many options to put together a simple and inexpensive kit to meet requirements of the Rebel, Imperial, or Unaffiliated factions.
If you have questions on uniform requirements (outlined under respective factions), please send an email to [email protected].
If your costume falls outside of specific faction guidelines please send inquiries [email protected]. If it fits the theme of the event it will be allowed. Players may submit photos of their costumes by 10/27, 23:59 central time to [email protected] in order to receive additional starting credits for Battlefront Reagor.
