What is Galactic Civil War?

Galactic Civil War is a family-friendly Live Action Role-Playing (LARP) game using airsoft weaponry to bring a Galaxy, Far, Far Away to life.
Join the fight as soldiers, smugglers, and rebels in an immersive, action-packed experience—or shape the galaxy in other ways.
We host two types of events to let you find your place in the war:
  • Story LARP Events – These are our largest and most immersive experiences. They’re for everyone: chefs, entertainers, merchants, shop owners, information brokers, and countless other roles that breathe life into the galaxy. Here, missions, politics, trade, and character drama unfold on a massive scale, with the economy and storylines shaping the course of war.
  • Planetary Garrison Events – The first step into a much larger world. These smaller-scale experiences are perfect for new players to learn the system, get comfortable with continuous roleplay, and dip into both combat and story without the full weight of the galaxy on their shoulders.
Our events feature interactive missions, props, NPCs, and a rich in-game economy. Organized by the Galactic Airsoft Alliance, we’re always expanding to new locations and adding features like:
  • Skirmesh Capture systems
  • GPS trackers
  • Character upgrades
  • Hit detection
This isn’t about Force powers or Jedi myths—it’s about the everyday heroes on the front lines of a galaxy at war.
